Privacy Policy

Last updated August 29, 2026. This policy explains how Earn Off Shift handles personal information.

Earn Off Shift, a trade name of High Ledge Ventures LLC, is operated by a Connecticut limited liability company.

What we collect

We collect account and purchase records; saved recommendations, preparation work, tracker activity, Watch preferences and alerts; limited campaign attribution; an optional Finder-result email; optional marketing-email consent, source, date, and suppression status; optional anonymous-outcome consent; and, only for a purchased Application Pack, the uploaded résumé, fact decisions, and generated files. Stripe handles payment-card details; Earn Off Shift does not store card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to provide secure access, deliver requested Finder results and purchased tools, prepare requested files, monitor source-checked matches, send optional marketing email only after explicit consent, handle support and refunds, prevent fraud, and operate the service. We do not sell personal data. We do not use résumé content for advertising, marketing email, session replay, or advertising-data matching.

Résumé processing and retention

Before upload, the customer chooses either deletion of the original résumé within 24 hours after successful generation or retention for no more than 7 calendar days from the original upload. The seven-day period does not renew after regeneration. Generated files expire after 30 days. Customers can delete active source and generated files sooner.

Your controls

Customers can unsubscribe from optional marketing email at any time using the link in a marketing message or the secure account page. Marketing suppression is retained so an unsubscribed address is not mailed accidentally. Customers can also delete Application Pack files, change anonymous-outcome consent, and delete the account from the secure account page. Account deletion removes active personal workspace data. Minimum payment, refund, tax, dispute, security, deletion, and email-suppression records may remain where required. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in protected provider backups or security systems until those systems cycle them out.

Current service providers and their roles are listed on the Service Providers page. No online system can promise absolute security. Do not upload information that is unnecessary for an application.
