Service Providers

Earn Off Shift uses the providers below to operate the website, customer accounts, payments, support, alerts, and—when purchased and available—Application Packs.

Current providers

• Netlify hosts the website and processes ordinary request, deployment, and diagnostic data.
• Supabase provides account authentication, the customer workspace database, and private file storage. It processes account email addresses, saved workspace data, and Application Pack files when that feature is available.
• Resend sends account-verification, password-reset, one-time-code, requested Finder-result, purchase, file-ready, deletion, Opportunity Watch, and explicitly opted-in marketing messages. It processes the recipient email address, message content, preference headers, and delivery status.
• Stripe processes purchases, refunds, billing addresses, and transaction-related tax information. Earn Off Shift does not store complete payment-card numbers.
• OpenAI processes the customer-confirmed résumé facts and application target needed to generate an Application Pack. Earn Off Shift requests generation without provider-side response storage.
• Porkbun provides domain, DNS, and the support mailbox used for customer email.
• Google Voice provides the published support phone number and may process calls, voicemail, and transcripts when a caller leaves a message.
• Cloudmersive checks Application Pack uploads for malware. It receives the uploaded file for that security scan.

Application Pack availability

Résumé upload and generation are available only while the required security and generation providers are working and passing production checks. If a required check fails, the Application Pack stays unavailable rather than bypassing it.
