Who provides the service

What you are buying

The $29 product provides profession-specific opportunity research for PAs, NPs, and RNs, personal recommendations, preparation tools, tracking, a 30-day review, and 90 days of Opportunity Watch. When offered, the optional $19.99 Application Pack creates target-specific drafts from facts the customer confirms.

What the service does not promise

Earn Off Shift is not an employer, recruiter, legal adviser, or tax adviser. Source-supported eligibility does not guarantee acceptance, invitations, assignments, earnings, or work. Companies control their own requirements, screening, compensation, and availability.

Your responsibilities

Review every application statement before using it. Do not upload patient information, government identifiers, financial-account information, malware, or another person’s confidential information. Follow employer policies, professional obligations, and each company’s rules.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before payment. The applicable Refund Policy is part of these terms.

Account and acceptable use

Your account is for your own use. Do not resell access, impersonate someone else, make false claims, or interfere with service security. Access may be suspended for fraud, security, legal, or stale-eligibility reasons.

Governing law

Connecticut law governs these terms, subject to consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive participation in a class action.
