Refund Policy

$29 Earn Off Shift plan

Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked, by emailing support@earnoffshift.com from the purchase email.

$19.99 Application Pack

The Application Pack is refundable until generation begins. After generation begins, the purchase is normally final except for a duplicate charge or a permanent technical failure to deliver. For a permanent delivery failure, Earn Off Shift may regenerate the files or issue a full refund.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The customer’s bank controls posting time. Refunded or fraudulent orders may have related access revoked.
